Applying for Live Pitches

Browsing open live event pitches

You can find and apply for open live events via TogatherLive. For approved suppliers only, this can be found under the 'Live' tab -> 'Open for applications'.

You can filter by the pitch types you are eligible for, and whether or not you have already submitted an application for that event. If you have more than one unit you'd like to offer, you may apply for a pitch multiple times (once per setup.)

Applying for a pitch

View a pitch group for a full brief on the event, commercials and what supplier we are looking for. If you think you are a good fit, click 'apply for this event' to tell us which setup you think it most suitable. You will also need to attach a sample menu to show a typical offering (prices do not need to be correct.)

Submitted applications

You can track the status of any of your applications under the 'submitted applications' tab. You will also get email notifications to let you know if your application has been rejected, shortlisted or confirmed. Unfortunately due to volume of applications, we're not always able to give individual feedback for each application.

How do I get approved for live events?

If you have experience working at premium events with high output (over 5000 in attendance), please reach out to partners@togather.com so the team can review your profile.
