What is Live 360?
Live 360 is our new platform for our live events clients - streamlining the process and allowing them to view, manage and confirm supplier lineups directly on our platform.
What does this mean for me?
Once we share a shortlist of suppliers with a client on Live 360, they’ll be able to view your profile directly – including your imagery, event experience, setups and description.
It’s therefore vital that you ensure your profile is up-to-date, eye-catching and showcases your business in the best possible light as it will be the first impression clients will have when considering your application for their event.
What do I need to check?
To help get you ready, we’ve listed a checklist below for you to complete:
Photos: Update your profile with this year’s imagery, showcasing your food, setups, and events. Remember, your first image should be your best and NOT a setup image, as it will serve as your main Hero Image on Live 360.
Description: The first 100 words of your description will be visible to clients - make sure it effectively encapsulates your business and offerings. You can update this under 'Your public profile'.
Tagline: Craft a tagline that reflects your cuisine and offering—this is the first thing clients will notice! You can update this under 'Your public profile'.
Location: Ensure your location is current and correct. You can update this under 'Account settings' -> 'Logistics'.
Social Media Links: Upload your Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube links here (where applicable) so clients can explore more about you. You can update this under 'Account settings' -> 'Your business'.
Previous Live Event Experience: Please refresh this section with your latest experience e.g. number of public events you've previously worked at. You can update this under 'Live' -> 'Live settings'.
Portions per Hour: Be sure to keep this information updated, as it’s frequently requested by clients. You can update this under 'Live' -> 'Live settings'.
Setups: Add all your specific set ups to your profile. These will be presented to clients on Live 360, so having them ready will streamline your application process for events. You can update these under 'Live' -> 'Live settings'.
