In order to apply for pitches at Togather Live events, you first need to update your profile with the setups available for your business.
This means you can apply for multiple events without needing to re-enter detailed information like the dimensions of your service units and their specific requirements in terms of power, water and transport.
It also gives you a chance to advertise the range of service units available for your business with images - making a clients decision to choose you for their event line-up even easier.
Where can I store my set-ups?
Navigate to the 'Live' tab on your supplier dashboard. Under 'Live settings' you can give some details around your previous experience and service capacity. Under this you will see 'Your Live Setups' where you can create and view the different types of service units you use.
*Please note there is a 1mb limit of photo uploads. If you have particularly high quality images you'd like to share, please compress them before uploading.
How do I add a set-up?
Hit ‘New set-up’ at the bottom of your setups library to start building a new item. Make sure to fill in as much information as possible as this will be reviewed alongside your application. Also try to give us some attractive images - we may show these to event organisers as part of line-up selection.
If anything changes in your set-up, you can come back and edit any time. Keeping your setups updated will allow a smooth application and pre-event preparation process.
How do I apply for a pitch using my set-up?
When you click to apply for an event, you can now simply select the set-up you would like to apply with to give us all the information we need about your application.
Here you can also upload sample menus to showcase the food / drink offering you would provide for the event. Pricing does not need to be correct.
What if something changes after I apply?
Don’t worry, if you are confirmed for the event our team will still be in touch to check all the details provided are correct. If you wish to change something shortly after application that you think is key, please get in touch.
How do I know I successfully submitted my application?
Once submitted, your application should appear in your 'submitted applications' tab. If it's still not visible after a few minutes, please get in touch.
