How to use your Togather calendar

Modified on Tue, 16 May, 2023 at 10:59 PM

This feature is part of us growing as a company alongside you and your business. We want to give you better tools to manage your business and find new customers.

Knowing your availability ensures you only hear about the most suitable events. This means we can match you with clients as quickly and effectively as possible. You can manage your calendar on your dashboard.

Why is it important?

Keeping your calendar up to date means you'll only hear about events you can do. For dates you're available, we'll prioritise you in email alerts and search results and for the dates you're unavailable, we won't send you alerts or show you in search results.

Pro Tip: To get prioritised for relevant events, keep your calendar up to date for at least one month into the future.

What happens if I mark myself as available

You'll be prioritised for email alerts and in search results for open events

What does unavailable mean?

You won't receive email alerts or appear in search results for that date, e.g. when you have an external booking, holiday, etc. You can mark yourself as unavailable from your calendar, or from the Open Events list when searching for new events to quote.

What are the blue bookings?

These are your Togather bookings which are automatically populated in your calendar.

What if I have multiple setups?

During this initial stage we only have one calendar per supplier account, so please bear in mind all of your set-ups when considering your availability. If you have more than one business and so more than one account, please keep both calendars updated accordingly.

Can I put the time in?

This is something we are working on - For the beta release the partner calendar will block out an entire day rather than just the morning or the afternoon. If you have a booking but could do another booking on the same day, mark yourself as available.
