What happens if I need to change my guest numbers?

No worries at all - First, send your supplier a message to let them know your new numbers. Any changes to a confirmed booking are at the discretion of your supplier.


If you are increasing your portions or guest numbers, the supplier will send you another quote through for the extra cost provided they can accommodate your request. You can then set up a second payment plan for the extras (provided the event is more than one month away) or you can pay for them in full straight away.


If you are reducing numbers and the supplier is happy to do this, they will send you a new quote for the entire cost of your booking. Once you have your new cost from the supplier, please get in touch and we will switch over the quotes, and arrange any part refund if required.
