What happens if I change the date of my event and my supplier isn't available for the new date?

We understand that sometimes plans can change. Any changes requested after a booking is confirmed are at your supplier's discretion, as your booking is with them. 


If you need to change the date or time of your event and your booked supplier is then unavailable, that's exactly what our team are here for - we know our suppliers inside-out and we'll do our best to find you some great replacement options. Once you've found someone, we'll do all the work to transfer everything over to your new supplier and date.


Please note: As per our terms, if you request any changes within 45 days of the event date and your supplier cannot accommodate them, this must go through as a cancellation and a percentage of your booking cost may be retained to compensate your original supplier for their lost booking.
