Can I amend a quote after the customer has booked?

Yes, if you need to make a change, like add extra portions or reduce the number of portions. 


Just head to your profile, view the booking details and scroll to the bottom of the page where you will see the below 'Create New Quote' button.


When you click this it enables you to add an additional quote on the event and this will go through to the customer as normal so they can view all details and make payment online.


Once a booking has been confirmed, this means that the customer has either put down a deposit or paid in full for their event. When this happens the original quote can not be amended or edited, however you can add the additional costs separately using the above method. Please only add an additional quote for just the cost of the extras.


If a customer ever wants to reduce portions and this results in a lower quote, you just need to add the additional lower quote for the entire booking and send an email to hello@togather.com so we can switch the quotes over and arrange a refund if required for the customer.
