Can I chat to the supplier before confirming my booking?

Yes! As well as our built in messaging feature, you can also make and receive calls via our in-platform voice calling feature. 


How does it work?


If you have a phone number saved on your account, you'll see a call button whenever you're in a messaging thread with a supplier.




Click this, then click the 'Call now' button. 

You'll receive a phone call from us first, to connect you with the supplier. Alternatively, if a supplier calls you, you'll hear an automated message before being connected. 


This is all done via the platform so suppliers don't need your phone number to get in touch!
