When you join Togather, you'll need to submit a number of documents that demonstrate you meet our requirements to trade. If you are approved to participate in Togather Live events, you will need an additional set of documentation. You can manage your documents under 'Edit profile' in your dashboard.


Details on which documents we need and the requirements for each are below.


Togather Supplier Documentation - All Suppliers


Public and Employers’ Liability insurance

Your document must:

  • Have an expiry date over 30 days away 

  • Be in your Business Name/Owner Name (as registered on your Togather profile)



Food Hygiene Course Certificate

Your document must:

  • Be minimum Level 2 

  • Match Business Name/Owner Name

  • Be from an organisation with official accreditation from NCASS

  • Be dated within the last 3 years


Food Hygiene Rating

Ideally please provide a screenshot of your rating on the Food Standards Agency website.


Your document must:

  • Match your business name (as registered on your Togather profile)

  • Have been issued no more than 3 years ago

  • Have a rating of 4 or 5
    or

  • Pass (if located in Scotland)
    or

  • Awaiting inspection



Personal Alcohol License (for suppliers serving alcohol only)

Your document must:

  • Match your business name/owner name


Live Event Documentation


To be approved to work at Live events with us, you must also provide:


Gas Safety Certificate

Your document must: 

  • Match your business/owner name

  • Have been issued within the last 12 months

  • If you have multiple setups (eg. a truck and a gazebo) and you different certificates for each, please merge PDF documents and upload together.


PAT Test Certificate

Your document must:

  • Match your business name/owner name

  • Have been issued within the last 12 months
  • Show the individual items that were tested
  • If you have multiple setups (eg. a truck and a gazebo) and you have different certificates for each, please merge PDF documents and upload together



Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP)


Please provide a food safety risk assessment based on HACCP principles.


Your document must:

  • Match your business name/owner name

  • Have been assessed within the last 12 months

  • Cover all of your cooking practices

  • If you have multiple setups (eg. a truck and a gazebo) and you have different risk assessments for each, please merge PDF documents and upload together. 



Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH)


Please provide a COSHH risk assessment that concentrates on the hazards and risks from hazardous substances such as cleaning chemicals.


Your document must:

  • Match your business name/owner name

  • Have been assessed within the last 12 months


Risk Assessment & Method Statement


Please provide a Health & Safety Risk Assessment which covers manual handling, slips trips and falls, possible injuries, use of electricity and use of LPG. 


If you have multiple setups (eg. a truck and a gazebo) and you have different risk assessments for each, please merge PDF documents and upload together. 


This should cover all of your operations from both a set up and cooking perspective at events.


Your document must:

  • Match your business name/owner name

  • Have been assessed within the last 12 months



Fire Risk Assessment


Please provide a Fire Risk Assessment that covers any potential fire risk and how this will be mitigated including LPG, compostable materials and electrical equipment. 


If you have multiple setups (eg. a truck and a gazebo) and you have different risk assessments for each, please merge PDF documents and upload together.

 

Your document must:

  • Match your business name/owner name

  • Have been assessed within the last 12 months


Allergen Chart


Your document must:

  • Match your menu items

  • Show your business name

  • Not show an expired review date

  • If you have multiple offerings (eg. pizza & burger) and you have different menus for each, please merge PDF documents and upload together.



Site Risk Assessment


This is specific for each event you do, so when confirmed we may ask you to upload a new version.


Your document must:

  • Match your business name/owner name

Health & Safety Policy


This is only required for businesses with 5 or more employees.


Your document must:

  • Match your business name/owner name

  • Have been assessed within the last 12 months
