Head to the ‘Open events’ section of your dashboard. This is where you'll find events that match your business preferences, like event type, budget, and location.
Click on any event that interests you to access more details, including the budget and estimated number of guests.
If it seems like a good fit, simply click on 'Quote for this event.'
You'll then be directed to the quote form, which includes a few fields to complete:
- Price per head: Calculate the expected cost per guest for your quote. This should encompass expenses like food, travel, staff, and any applicable VAT. To do this, divide the total event cost by the number of guests.
- Your message - Introduce yourself: This is your opportunity to provide information about your business and make a positive first impression. Describe what you can offer for the price per head and consider mentioning notable clients or brands you've collaborated with. Please refrain from including prices, contact details, or website/social media links.
- Your message - Your menu: If your proposed menu for the event matches what's already on your Togather profile, there's no need to complete this section.
- Note to Togather: Use this section to inform us about any additional options or details you'd like us to know regarding your quote.
